webmaster@jj1club.com.
Please supply the following information:
The Subscription Number and Transaction Number
you got from IBill when you signed up.
The Username and Password you want to
use (they should be at least 7 characters).
This problem can be caused by these situations:

charge verification system runs slow, and it can time out before you
get to the Username and Password selection page.
You joined JJ1Club a while ago, cancelled, and are now joining JJ1Club

You picked a Username that is already being used.
Password Stopped
Working
If your username and password stopped working. Here are the most common
reasons:
You cancelled your account, and it has expired.
The rebill on your account was declind by your bank, causing your
account to expire.
Your Username and Password are being used for multiple logins to the
member area simultaneously. This will cause your password to be changed
or cancelled.
Your Username and Password are used in a link to JJ1Club.com. This
will cause your password to be changed or cancelled without notice.
You must send cancellation notification at least
5 businessdays before your scheduled rebilling period,
to insure that you are not rebilled. If you cancel closer to the scheduled
rebill date, you may still be rebilled and remain a member until the end
of that rebill period.

Must have Macromedia
Flash 5 Player or better installed in your borrower.
It is a free plugin.
If the Flash image below does not say "your Flash plug-in will work
for jj1 content", then you should upgrade.
This site works best with Microsoft
Internet Explore 5 or better. The site uses some javascripts to open
and close windows , so the browser you are using should handle those commands.
If you want to make sure, then try the sample pictures below.
Windows
· Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000 Professional, or later
·
Macintosh
· System 8.1 or later
The monitor display should be a minimum of 800 x 600, but works best
with 1024 x 768 or larger. The Flash animated images are very graphic
intensive, and may play differently, slower or faster, with different
video cards. Resizing the animated picture smaller,
or playing them off-line, in most cases will allow
them to play faster.
All animated pictures are opened in new windows at full image size and
can be resized. In some cases the window may be bigger than the monitor
size. To size the window to fit the monitor, use the zoom box.
Window Zoom Box (top right)
For Windows
For Mac
Resizing the window will cause the animated picture to resize to fit.
Resizing the window smaller will also make a slow playing animation play
faster.
Window Resize Handle (bottom right)
For Windows
For Mac
Every picture opens in a new window, so you can open and play as many
animations as your computer can handle. This will slow down the over all
animation play back speed.
There are three types of animated pictures on this site.
Looped Images: These are continuous loops
that, once loaded, will play as long as the window is opened. You can
pause the loop and step forward or back using the buttons at the bottom
of the image. These
images can be resized (see Image Windows), and
a number of them can be opened at once. The speed that these looped
images play, will depend on graphic capability of your computer. If
the image flickers, or is running to slow, try making the window smaller.
If you do not have the Flash
5 plugin installed, then stepping forward or back will stop at the
end or beginning of the sequence.
Sample Looped Images. These are full
size samples. The actual images will NOT have the "Sample
Image" stamp. Members can also download a zipped .swf file
of the animation to play anytime.
Flashing Images: These pictures will play
when mouse goes over a hotspot on the picture. So if you open a picture
and the model just stands there, try moving your mouse over what you
would like to see exposed.

will NOT have the "Sample Image" stamp. Members can
also download a zipped .swf file of the animation to play anytime.
Interactive Images: These pictures move
as you move your mouse over the picture. So if you open a picture and
the model just sits there, try moving your mouse slowly over the picture.

Image" stamp. Members can also download a zipped .swf file
of the animation to play anytime.
Measurement Image: These pictures will give
the models measurements as you move your mouse over the picture. You
must have Flash
5 player for this function to work.

will NOT have the "Sample Image" stamp.
All the animated pictures are also saved as .zip files which can be downloaded
to your computer. Once the .zip file is downloaded you will need to run
an unzip program to convert the file into a .swf file. There are lots
or free Unzip programs available for Windows and Macs. For Windows OS
WinZip , Stuffit
Expander or 1 Click
UnZip, for Mac OS Stuffit
Expander.
Once the .zip file has been converted to a .swf file, you can then open
the file with your browser, a stand alone version of Flash 5 player,
or
QuickTime
6. Note, QuickTime 5 only supports Flash 4, so the pictures will
not play correctly.
Note: QuickTime 7 you must Enable Flash in the QuickTime Preferences, Advanced
section.
My credit card keeps getting declined when I
try to join. JJ1 uses IBill.com to process all credit card transactions.
If there is a problem with being declined, then you will have to contact
IBill customer service or your bank, so they can determine the reason.
E-mail customerservice@ibill.com,
give them the transaction number of the declined charge, as well
as the credit card you used, and they will be able to give you more
information about why you were declined. You can also visit IBill
Customer Service Web Page (https://ibillcs.com/), for more
information.
Log In and get Access Denied page. Anyone having this problem is probably accessing the site through
a "rotating proxy service", which the system will not allow.
Your IP address can not change after you have logged in, and some proxies
change it on every page. To correct the problem, make sure your browser
is not connecting through a proxy (i.e.,browser options should be set
for "direct connection to the internet"). If you browser is
using a proxy, you can set the browser to connect directly and bypass
the proxies by adding jj1.com,jj1club.com to a site
list in the browser set up. This is in different places for different
browsers, so please check with the company that makes the browser.
For Internet Explorer 5.0 and up: Tools > Internet Options
> Connections > LAN Settings > Advanced. Add jj1.com,jj1club.com
to the exception list.
For Netscape 4.x and up: Edit > Preferences > Advanced
> Proxies. Add the above addresses to the "No Proxy for:"
list (Netscape 6/7), or select View next to Manual proxy configuration,
then add jj1.com,jj1club.com to the exceptions list
(Netscape 4.x).
If you are using AOL, you must use an external browser
like Netscape or Internet Explorer and set them for direct connection
as described above.
You also have to log in through the Members
Log In Page. You can not link directly to any pages in the members
area. Doing this could cause your username and password to be changed
or cancelled with out notice.
Internet Explorer 6 Log In Problem. Internet Explorer 6 can block cookies at different levels.
You need to set your browser to accept cookies from third parties (ie
JJ1Club.com).

Log In Redirected to another site. Problems
caused by "Commonname".
For those of you who have installed Morpheus, KaZaA, iMesh and any of
the other similiar file sharing programs you got a bonus. I program
called "Commonname" was also installed. This program may effect
your access to bluestem authenticated pages if you are using Internet
Explorer. On some pages it redirects you to the "Ask Jeeves"
website; on others it simply cycles back to the login page.To remove
the "Commonname" program, use the Add/Remove Programs feature
of Windows. Removing the file sharing program is not sufficient to resolve
the problem.

Joined, but still get Acsess Denied page for some Jumpers.
In order to speed up web browsing, web browsers are designed to download
web pages store them locally on your machine in an area called "cache".
When you visit the same page for a second time, the browser speeds up
display time by loading the page locally from cache on your computer
instead of downloading everything again. If you went to a password protected
page and got the "Access Denied" page for some reason. The
browser will think that is the page you wanted. Then when you go back
to that same page later with your password, the browser will try to
load what it thinks is the right page from cache, which is the "Access
Denied" page. Even though you are now logged in correctly. All
the Jumpers are in the same protected folder, so if you can get to one,
you can get them all. To fix this, clear the history,
cache, and temp files from your browser. Doing this is different for
each browser. Quit the browser and start it again. Then login again
to JJ1Club.
Loading screen on some animated images never
goes away. This means the software or browser plugin you have for
Flash is not version 5 or better. See System Requirements
for information on downloading the correct software.
The videos play too slow. Try resizing
the window smaller to help your graphic card play the picture faster.
You can also try downloading the picture and
playing it off-line.
